Introduction

These terms govern your use of the QimenMind website, the Qi Men Dun Jia calculator, AI readings, accounts, and paid plans. By using the service you agree to these terms.

Charts and AI readings are for study, organizing information, and thinking a situation through. They do not guarantee future outcomes, profit, health, or legal results. For medical, legal, financial, or safety decisions, rely on official sources and qualified professionals.

Accounts

When you create an account, provide accurate information and keep your credentials safe. You are generally responsible for actions taken from your account. If you suspect unauthorized use, change your password and contact support.

Free questions and report access

The first 3 AI questions per account are free. The destiny report is a separately paid product that includes 3 follow-up questions dedicated to that report: only a complete, valid answer that is successfully saved uses one question, and failures, timeouts, or stopping before completion do not. Those questions apply only to that report and its fixed chart, remain available after a membership ends, and are separate from general consultation access. The 1-day and 7-day consultation plans do not include the destiny report.

Paid plans and payment

Price, currency, access period, and payment method are shown before you pay. The main current plans are one-time purchases that grant access for a defined period once payment is confirmed. There is no automatic renewal unless the payment page explicitly identifies the plan as a subscription.

Stripe, Alipay, and other external providers process payments. Access is activated once we receive confirmation. If a completed payment is not reflected, contact support with the payment ID and the account email address.

Cancellation and renewal

One-time short-term plans simply end when the access period expires; no cancellation step is needed. Plans identified as subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from the payment management entry on your account page. After cancelling you keep access for the period already paid for, and no further charges are made.

Limits on AI use

Models, networks, or external providers may cause delays and interruptions. Unlimited use during an active plan means follow-up questions within normal personal use; it does not permit automated bulk sending, interference with the service, or reverse engineering.

Prohibited conduct

You may not use the service to break the law or infringe the rights of others, gain unauthorized access, disrupt operation, distribute malicious software, resell accounts or access rights, or automate an excessive volume of requests.

Intellectual property

Rights in the design, software, text, images, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. You keep the rights to your questions and other content, which we process only as needed to provide, store, and protect the service and to investigate faults.
